How do I cancel an appointment?

To cancel an appointment, go to your MyHealthAccess app or the website https://www.myhealthaccess.ca 

Once you logged in, click on My Appointments. It will show an overview of your appointments. Upcoming appointments are in blue.

Select the appointment that you want to cancel and click on it.

If you are using a web browser, you will see on the top right a red button to cancel (see below example).

If you are using the MyHealthAccess app, you will see a red X on your screen (see below example).

Important: Appointments cannot be cancelled on the website or app on the day of the appointment. You will have to send a message to the clinic requesting a short-notice cancellation with a valid reason.
