To change an appointment, go to your MyHealthAccess app or the website https://www.myhealthaccess.ca
Once you logged in, click on My Appointments. It will show an overview of your appointments. Upcoming appointments are in blue.
Select the appointment that you want to change and click on it. Below the appointment, you will see a button "Change Appointment". Click on the button and follow the prompts to change your appointment.
Important: Appointments cannot be changed on the website or app on the day of the appointment. You will have to send a message to the clinic requesting a short-notice change with a valid reason.
