Messaging feature

MyHealthAccess has a feature where messages can be sent to and from your physician and support staff. This feature is secure.


This is useful when you want to ask your doctor questions, send pictures of affected areas etc. It can also be used to request prescription refills etc.


To access this feature, go to the MyHealthAccess app on your device or open the MyHealthAccess website on your browser. Once you logged in, look for the My Messages button. You will see a purple circle with a pencil icon - by clicking on this icon, you can write a message and send it to the clinic.
